Delivery Range

Our hand-crocheted products are available for delivery within the United States only.

Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over $50.
  • For orders below $50, a flat $6 shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Processing Time

Each crochet item is handmade and prepared with care before shipment.

  • Processing: 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding U.S. public holidays)​
  • Delivery: 4-7 business days after shipping
  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on business days will enter processing the same day.Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking & Carriers​

  • Get a confirmation email with tracking number and link once shipped​
  • Partner carriers: UPS, FedEx, DHL (reliable delivery)​
  • Track via the carrier’s website with your tracking info​

Address Accuracy and Order Changes

  • Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
  • Once an order has shipped, address changes are not possible.
  • If you need to update your information urgently, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not entered processing, we will do our best to assist.

Taxes and Duties

All prices shown on our website are final. No additional taxes or duties will be added at checkout.

Lost or Missing Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check your mailbox, front door, and surrounding areas, and confirm the address used at checkout.
  • You may also contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for more details.
  • If the package is still not found, please reach out to us within 2 days of the recorded delivery date. We will help initiate a claim with the carrier.
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for coverage.
  • Carrier verification is required for all claims.
  • If a claim is approved, a replacement or refund may be issued.

Unexpected Delays

Severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen events may affect delivery times.
If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.
