Return and Refund Policy
At Dorispet, each crochet bouquet, vase arrangement, coaster, and curtain tieback is handmade. To request a return, these items must remain in their original condition. The policy below outlines the return process we follow for our handmade products.
Return Period
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order delivery date.
Return Eligibility Requirements
Due to the handmade nature and fiber materials of our crochet products, returned items must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, clean, and in resalable condition.
Examples:
- Crochet bouquets and vase bouquets must maintain their original shape and arrangement
- Tabletop crochet decorations must not show dust, surface wear, or deformation
- Coasters must not have stains, moisture marks, or absorbed odors
- Curtain tiebacks must not be stretched, pulled, or misshapen
The item must be returned with its original packaging to prevent deformation during transit.
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required.
Return Shipping Costs
If the issue is caused by us (wrong item, incorrect style/color, manufacturing defect, damaged upon arrival), we will cover all return shipping costs.
If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind, preference, no longer wanting the item), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items outside the 30‑day return window
- Items damaged due to improper handling (snags, stains, deformation)
- Items showing signs of use
Return Process
- Contact Customer Service: Email support@dorispet.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and a brief explanation.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide a return authorization code, instructions, and the correct return address. Do not return items without authorization.
- Package Carefully: Crochet items can lose shape if not packed properly. Please use the original packaging or equivalent protective materials.
- Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping method and follow the instructions provided by our team.
Defective or Damaged Goods
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect crochet item, please take clear photos or videos and contact our customer service team immediately.
- Return shipping for defective or incorrect items is free.
- Once the issue is confirmed, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 8 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request cancellation, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
